Associate Therapist

Supervised by Ilyse Kennedy, LMFT-S, LPC-S

I specialize in trauma-informed therapy, gently guiding those ready to rediscover their wholeness. Deeply inspired by Jung’s concept of the “wounded healer,” this work is a true passion for me as I walk alongside others on their journey to reclaim their authentic selves. For me, healing is not a destination, but a journey of self-compassion, gentle transformation, and the graceful unfolding of your true self.

who i work with

Do you feel disconnected from yourself, stuck in the “in-between,” or overwhelmed by past trauma that makes you feel unsafe in your body? Are emotions taking over, or has lingering depression left you questioning if relief is even possible?

These struggles can make you feel fragmented, as though pieces of you are hidden or out of sync. Trauma and stress disrupt your nervous system, making it difficult to feel whole, safe, or at ease.

I’m here to support you in reclaiming your sense of safety and reconnecting with the innate wisdom you already carry within. Through somatic practices, we’ll bring awareness to your body and gently help you reconnect with parts of yourself that may feel forgotten or shut down. As suppressed emotions surface, we’ll create space for healing and release.

We’ll also explore the different parts of you using Internal Family Systems (IFS), gently uncovering and reintegrating the parts that have been silenced, wounded, or lost. Together, we’ll unlock your innate capacity for healing, allowing you to feel more connected, empowered, and whole.

You don’t have to navigate this path alone - I’ll be with you every step of the way, offering guidance and compassion.

how i work

As a therapist, I offer an integrative approach to healing that blends somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based therapy, and polyvagal theory to help you rediscover your inner balance. Through somatic therapy, we reconnect you to the wisdom of your body, gently releasing tension and reawakening the mind-body connection that may have been disrupted by past trauma. In Internal Family Systems (IFS), we dive into the parts of you that have been silenced or wounded, offering them compassion, understanding, and healing. Together, we nurture these parts, allowing them to integrate into a more whole, empowered self.

With attachment-based therapy, we explore the deep-rooted patterns shaped by early relationships. By understanding your unique attachment style, we can heal past wounds and create more secure, meaningful connections in your life.

Using polyvagal theory, bilateral stimulation, and mindfulness practices, we work with your nervous system to regulate responses to stress and trauma. Mindfulness practices deepen the process by helping to stay present, observe your body’s signals, and cultivate a sense of awareness that supports long-term resilience.

I also offer psychedelic preparation and integration therapy to support you throughout your journey. In the preparation phase, we create space to deepen your awareness, connect with your body and inner parts, and set meaningful intentions. Integration is where true transformation happens - during this phase, we process your experiences and weave the insights into your daily life for continued healing and personal growth.

who i am:

I’m a therapist and a guide who believes in the power of healing and growth. Originally from Oregon, I’ve always felt a deep connection to nature, and that grounding influence shapes the way I approach my work.

My path to therapy has been deeply shaped by my own experiences. The tools and modalities I use - mindfulness, somatic practices, IFS, and energy work - have had a profound impact on my life, guiding me through healing and growth that I wasn’t sure was possible at that time. That’s why I’m so passionate about sharing these techniques with others. I’ve seen firsthand how they can create lasting change, and I’m dedicated to supporting others in their own healing journeys.

I believe in the concept of the “wounded healer” - that our own challenges can be a source of strength and wisdom. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support and tools to help you reconnect with your true self and move through life with more peace and purpose.
