MEET Annabelle
I am here to celebrate your victories and support you through the challenges that are a natural part of life. Just as sharing my own struggles and triumphs with a therapist dedicated to my growth has been life-changing, I would be honored to offer the same support and guidance as you navigate your own journey.

Welcome! I’m Annabelle (she/her), and I’m truly honored that you’re taking the time to learn more about me and my approach to therapy. I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling (M.A.) from St. Edward’s University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) working toward full licensure under the supervision of Ilyse Kennedy, LPC-S, LMFT-S.
Having personally navigated the challenges of starting therapy as an adolescent, I deeply understand the courage it takes to embark on the journey of healing. As a clinician, I believe in a collaborative and dynamic approach to therapy. You are the longest relationship you’ll ever have, and I encourage you to trust yourself and embrace the discomfort that often accompanies growth. As your therapist, I invite you to explore the parts of yourself that may feel unfamiliar, as I believe the answers you seek are already within you. I will honor your experiences while gently guiding you to uncover deeper layers of self-understanding.
As an ever-evolving clinician, I have had the privilege of providing therapeutic services in diverse settings, including jails, schools, and clinics. These experiences have deepened my understanding that, at our core, we are all human. We all face feelings of isolation, grief, shame– no one is alone in their struggles. In our work together, we will explore your unique life story and collaborate to rewrite it in a way that serves your growth and healing. I am particularly passionate about attachment work, recognizing how our early relationships and experiences with caregivers shape our adult relationships and sense of self.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I take a dynamic and integrative approach to healing. I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, so I tailor my methods to meet your unique needs—whether that means talking through challenges or expressing yourself creatively. Together, we will explore the ways trauma has impacted your nervous system, body, and sense of self, working to understand and process these parts of your experience. I also incorporate mindfulness-based techniques to help you slow down, stay present, and cultivate greater awareness and self-compassion.
In addition, I enjoy working with children and adolescents (3-18). With extensive experience supporting young children and teenagers, I strive to be a voice for those who may feel unheard. In my work with younger children, I believe that play is the natural language of a child and an essential tool for connection. Using a client-centered, strengths-based approach, I create a warm, inviting, and non-judgmental space where children feel empowered to explore their emotions, their world, and their potential for growth.
I find great fulfillment working with clients at all stages of life. Alongside my work with individuals, I love working with couples, parents, and families. My practice serves a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, and more (listed below).
I am here to celebrate your victories and support you through the challenges that are a natural part of life. Just as sharing my own struggles and triumphs with a therapist dedicated to my growth has been life-changing, I would be honored to offer the same support and guidance as you navigate your own journey.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my cat, crocheting, tending to my plants, and unwinding with Bravo shows. I also love bringing my artistic passions, like crochet, into the counseling space, as I believe creative expression can be a powerful tool for healing and self-exploration.
