At our core, we all want to be heard. This belief fuels my commitment to creating a space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. My practice is deeply relational, built on the understanding that healing happens within a strong, supportive connection between client and therapist—one that nurtures trust, open communication, and personal autonomy.
I first entered the world of mental health as a 16 year old client, navigating the social, familial, and academic pressures of high school. Through that experience, I realized that while challenges are a natural part of life, no one should have to face them alone or in silence. The support and safe space I received during that time became a profound gift—one that I knew I wanted to offer others in their own journeys.
My therapeutic approach integrates the mind-body connection through Somatic Experiencing, helping individuals recognize the deep interplay between their physical and emotional well-being. While many people intellectually understand their challenges, I invite clients to explore how emotions are stored and expressed within the body. Sessions are client-directed and tailored to each individual’s needs, incorporating mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, and sound therapy to cultivate deeper regulation and presence.
My practice is also rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), empowering clients to engage with their thoughts and emotions without judgment. By fostering non-reactive awareness, clients learn to accept their internal experiences while committing to meaningful actions aligned with their values. This approach not only supports personal growth but also builds resilience, enabling clients to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and purpose. At its core, my work is deeply mindfulness-based, guiding clients toward defusing from limiting thoughts, old narratives, and emotional patterns that no longer serve them.

who i am
When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll likely find me swimming, creating art, or curled up with my beloved cat, Sylvie. On weekends, you might even spot me upside down practicing acro-yoga in the park. At heart, I’m an old soul who cherishes life’s simple joys—the first sip of morning coffee, a stranger’s kind smile, or the warmth of the sun on my skin.
I am both introverted and extroverted, deeply energized by meaningful connections with friends, family, and clients, yet equally nourished by quiet moments of solitude. My nature is a blend of grounded presence and fiery passion, which is reflected in my work. In session, you can expect a balance of silence, deep empathy, and connection, alongside gentle challenges to help you continue exploring, growing, and opening.
